Heli CPD30/HB3 Counterbalanced Forklift Truck Lithium Battery 51.2v 560Ah

The HELI CPD30/HB3 Counterbalanced Forklift Truck is ideal for heavy-duty lifting tasks, offering excellent maneuverability in various industrial environments. Originally powered by a 48V/7PZS700 lead-acid battery with a capacity of 700Ah, it now offers an upgrade to a 51.2V 560Ah lithium-ion battery. This upgrade improves performance, reduces maintenance, and extends battery life.

Product Description

The HELI CPD30/HB3 Counterbalanced Forklift Truck is equipped with a 48V/7PZS700 lead-acid battery with a capacity of 700Ah. After upgrading to a 51.2V 560Ah lithium-ion battery, the forklift will maintain the same battery compartment dimensions of 1028mm x 711mm x 784mm. However, the lithium-ion battery offers significant improvements. It charges faster, lasts longer, and requires much less maintenance.

  • Same Dimensions: The new 51.2V 560Ah lithium-ion battery fits perfectly into the forklift, matching the 1028mm x 711mm x 784mm dimensions of the original lead-acid battery. No modifications are necessary for installation.

  • Improved Efficiency: Although the lithium-ion battery has a slightly lower capacity of 560Ah, it provides better energy efficiency and faster charging times, reducing overall downtime.
