Still EXV 14-20 Pallet Truck Lithium Battery 25.6V 202Ah

The Still EXV 20 Pallet Truck is designed to enhance warehouse efficiency with its powerful and reliable performance. Initially powered by a 24V/345Ah lead-acid battery (battery model: 24V3PZS345), the pallet truck can now be upgraded to a 25.6V/202Ah lithium-ion battery. This upgrade improves energy efficiency, reduces maintenance requirements, and reduces the weight of the truck for enhanced maneuverability.

Product Description

The original 24V/345Ah lead-acid battery measures 570mm x 205mm x 480mm and weighs 345kg. After upgrading to the 25.6V/202Ah lithium-ion battery, the truck will enjoy improved performance, with a lighter battery that weighs only 63kg. The new battery comes with a REMA160 charging interface, making it compatible with existing charging infrastructure.

  • Compact Size: The 25.6V/202Ah lithium-ion battery fits into the existing compartment, ensuring a simple installation without requiring modifications to the truck’s design.

  • Reduced Weight: The 63kg lithium-ion battery is significantly lighter than the original 345kg lead-acid battery, improving the overall efficiency and maneuverability of the pallet truck.

  • Improved Efficiency: The lithium-ion battery, despite a lower capacity of 202Ah, delivers faster charging times and a longer operational lifespan compared to lead-acid batteries.
